About Old Bagel House

We learned our craft after working many years at the venerable Montreal bagel bakeries, Real Bagel, Fairmount and St.Viateur. Our bagels are made using the same simple ingredients-water,yeast, flour, sugar, eggs, and oil-no shortening.
